Compared to other replacements I have used, this one did not show any carbon particles in the water during the first flush prior to use. Not sure if thats good or bad. Maybe just different.

I was very concerned about the difficulty of installing because I had read reviews stating had to cut to fit, etc. Well, it was a breeze. Shipping was super fast and they even have a free service offered at order time for product to be secure, efficient, etc. What more can you ask. We have not used it long enough to see duration, but I ordered 3 for about 6.00 more than the cost of one Samsung filter. You won't be disappointed. Seems like a Company that understand customer service is the Company!!! I am estatic.
