I found it to be a nice little shower filter. Intalled easily, has a nice look to it. I brought 3 of them: a friend likes hers, my niece and her husband like theirs (easier to untangle their daughters hair), and I like mine. Would recommend it to anyone.

I have been living with my sister in Monroe, OH for 17 mths now. I noticed that as soon as I started living with her that the water was hard and left my skin extremely dry, almost like an alligator's skin. I had just had my hair high lighted as soon as I moved in. Well, within days I noticed that my hair felt really dry and frizzy and hard. Within 2 weeks you couldn't even tell that I had it high lighted. Realizing that I was going to be living with my sister for a little while longer as I was going thru a divorce, I knew I couldn't stand the hard water any longer. So, I did some researc on shower head filters and this particular one had very high ratings and was very reasonable. So, I purchased two, one for her shower and one for mine. It was an early Valentine's Day present. I had a friend install them as I am not mechanical in any way and he did both of them in less then 10 minutes. They have not leaked at all. The water pressure is very strong and is massaging. But, the most important thing was that after using if for the first time We both could immediately feel how much softer the water felt on our skin and that our hair was so much softer. My water at my house comes from a well and has an eggy odor which drove me crazy when it came to my shower water.. This issue is completely resolved now no stinkey water... Thanks!
