The 4396841 filter creates better tasting water for drinking and making beverages as well as clean, clearer, healthy ice. The 4396710 is not designed for use with refrigerators that have the "Fast Fill" or "PUR Measure" dispenser. Use Filter # 4396841 for refrigerators with the Fast Fill feature

Water tastes a little like fluoride, but I guess this is normal? Not sure if his is filter taste or just fridge taste. Anyway, arrived just fine. It doesn't bother me.
