Product is good. The old one was so old water was hardly getting thru it. I cut it apart and it is a very simple device. Discount Filters had the best overall price but it is still painfully expensive for a hunk of carbon and some plastic. I am in the manufacturing business and they can't cost more than a few dollars to make.
