I just installed my first filter from this company. I'll have to wait on it's life. The only difference that was apparent was an increase in pressure. The small containers that we would normally use, we have to be careful with, so as not to spill all over. ie. Coffee cups to use in k-cup machines. 1 cup measuring cup. I found that if your careful and hold them close to the outlet most of this goes away.

This is smaller than the orginial, it did not fit properly and it leaked. I was able to get a refund without any problems.

Product works like a charm. Just needed to be sure to let the filter run for 3 minutes versus 1 minute. I only ran for one minute b/c this is how the other filter worked AND i did not read the instructions so I had a slight leak but once I ran it for 3 minutes it worked like a charm.
